Annie Taylor

Annie was born and raised in Clovis, California in the late 1900’s. The earliest form of her post production career started on YouTube, editing sketch comedy videos made by her and her brothers. She would go on to study film in college, first at Cal State Monterey Bay to earn her Bachelor’s, then at Savannah College of Art and Design for a Master’s in Sound Design.

Her collaboration with the recording teams at Alchemy since 2019 has led to numerous MPSE and Emmy Award nominations and wins, including projects like FX’s The Bear, Hulu’s Prey, and Playstation’s Spider-man 2. She has also been honored to speak as a panelist or educational guest at film festivals and high schools.

When she’s not cueing or editing, she enjoys tabletop gaming, cuddling with a cat, and coffee dates with her wife.
